The Nova has this problem, only worse because it
FWD, anyway, to find out if it's the throw out
bearing lightly touching or the input bearing.
Put the clutch in slowly, if it comes on the
upper part of the bite, it's the throw bearing
lightly touching the clutch.  If it comes below
the byte then it's the input bering. 

If it's the throw out bering lightly touching, 
have you tryed bleeding your clutch?
