OK, the adrenalin and sweat pumps are off.  I hate that feeling
of realizing I just did something that may cost LOTS of money
to fix.  Usually these incidents involve plumbers...

Thank you all for responding.  The caliper kit I bought (Beck-Arnley)
contains the small seals between the two halves.  A phone call
to TRF or Apple should obtain the proper torques.  I'll post them
here for entry into the archives.
