Yep.  Installed two of them in my Spit MK I.  Mine came with a plastic cap 
that filled the hole and a grease nipple.  I was afraid that leaving the 
nipple in place might catch on something so I used the cap.  When it needs 
to be greased, I pull the plastic cap, put in a grease nipple, grease it up,
 then put the plastic cap back in.  Seems the U-joint was ~$8.00 at the 
local parts store.

Has anyone used the U-joints with grease fittings on the end of one cup?
A local discount auto parts place has them in stock and they are as cheap
as any I've seen.  I asked a non-LBC guy who owns a drive shaft specialty
shop and he seemed to think these would be better than other types.
