I'm getting ready to put my spitfire on the ground after a complete
suspension rebuild front and rear. I have not yet tightened any
of the bolts on the rear vertical links, radius arms or front upper
and lower wishbones. When is the correct time to tighten this
hardware, before putting the car on the ground or after lowering to
the ground and letting the car settle into position? I seem to
remember reading somewhere that you should wait until the car is on
the ground but I can't seem to find that reference now.

How about it, anyone out there with thoughts or knowledge on this
subject.

TIA

Brad
