Next undo the 3/4/5 along the bottom, can't remember the number. 
You will probably find it easier to remove the carbs.  The left
and right most bolts have shorter studs.  It might be better to
undo the three exhaust manifold to exhaust down pipe bolts, 
and remove the.  You won't be able to use a socket, so try
a spanner of the correct size. 

Don't forget to get a new gasket, one note of warning the old
gasket, and maybe the new will contain asbestos.  You should
there for treat it with respect, and if you do snap it damp 
it down with some spray on adhesive.  Don't breath it in.
