We see these from time to time.   They are a hoa.  You can not get a virus
from an plain text email.  Merely opening an email can not give you a virus.
End of story. Now a program attached to an email could, not a plain old
email.  You  would have to detach a program attached to an email and then
run it to get a virus that way.
