Bill:

I believe you a referring to my thread, as I just installed the Lucas Sport 
coil in my 
GT6.  After some conferring, I gapped my plugs to .035's of an inch, and the 
car starts 
and runs great at that gap.  It may be possible to go even wider -- I think 
that if you 
detect even a hint of a *miss,* it's time to shorten the gap again.  But the 
general 
wisdom states that there is no point in running with a hotter coil if you going 
to use 
the stock gap (025).
