Hi,

Just thought I'd relate my experience.
I was amazed one day when my friend used his TR-3 key to start my
Herald. He then proceeded to start his TR-3 with another friend's
Spitfire key. None of these keys appeared to have the same cut.

Conclusion:

Yes the key locks wear out too.<g>
