Miracle Paint

Hey All,

        Has anyone hard of 'Miracle Paint'?  It is a primer the guy who is 
fixing my TR6 frame is using.  His claim is that this stuff is the best 
for rust protection.  Something about how it dries by sucking the water 
out of the metal surface (my words, not his).  What do you know about 
this stuff?
