Spitfire rear spring etc.

In the last week someone sent in a very interesting piece about what to 
do and what to look for when putting the spring etc. from a 1500 onto or 
into a mark3. I am thinking of doing just that this winter, to my son's 
68 Mark3. Could you please re-post the piece or send it direct to me. I 
am just on the digest version. I lost it befour I could save it.
