Don't bother with a MK IV or 1500 spring as these do not have enough 
leaves to do any lasting damage. Best results are still to be had with
an older 'fixed' spring.
Similarly don't use a fibreglass 'vette spring either, just not enough
weight to crack their knackers, as it were.
