Hi,
In order to install my spin-on adapter, I had to tilt the adapter about
10 to 15 degrees from verticle to get everything to clear. It is very
tight in there. Note: after putting in the spin-on, it is a real chore to
change the fuel filter. ;-) I have to remove the oil filter then cahnge
the fuel filter then replace the oil filter.
But it is still easier than the stock filter arrangement!
