1chillin,
    I would check (in order of simplicity and cost)  ground at the turn
light socket, power at the turn light socket, poor conection of wires
there, worn out contacts (those two solder dabs)on bulb, burned fili-
ment in bulb,power to flasher unit,  or worn out flasher unit.
