Rob,
I think the "yellowing" of these windows goes all the through, and
is not fixable. Here in coastal America one can usually have the windows
replaced by a "Taylor" who specializes in boat covers or boat "convertable
tops". The man at the local marina (boat yard) near my house did just
that on a TR 4a that I owned in High School, when I couldn't afford a
new top. The repair was cheap and didn't leak a drop.
