TR3 seat rebuild

It has been a bit since I took my TR3A seats apart to bead blast, repair
and repaint the metal pans.  As I begin to install the seat kits I am
preparing to replace the plywood tack strips and I cant remember if both
seats were the same.  I know that the folding seat had a strip in the pan
and along the bottom of the back.  Is the fixed back seat the same??  TIA

Rather than go back with wood I am going to try a synthetic tack strip
recommended by an upholsterer.
