Jack, I have not experienced clutch shuddering myself, but it could be that
the throwout bearing sleeve is not sliding freely on the shaft as the shaft
expands thru heat.
There was an article in a TRF newsletter on this a couple of years ago. I
could dig itout if your'e interested.
