To ALL, from one with experience:

Don't buy this car...I owned a '67 Alpine when it was only 1 year
old...yes....I'm 48 years old...I spent $2,000+ in 1968-69 dollars keeping
the damn thing on the road.  It ran well in the Winter in Ottawa but was
always waiting for parts from England in the Summer.  I  went through 1
engine block, 2 transmissions and a rear end before it broke me.
It looked good though...........
