Rebuild!

Hi All
         Was give a 77 tr7 rally edition today se looks ok but has some
major rust. I was woundering if anyone can give me a rought guess at how
much it would cost to do a total rebuild on it?  I live in ireland and the
tr7 was my brothers till a few years ago it hasent been used in 3 years its
a shame that it wasent keept in a better condition.
