Hi,
Ditto the comment on using a drift for the tail bearing on the output
shaft. You might try warming it up in a toaster over too. Not too hot,
though. You don't want to temper the steel. ;-). Put it in a 200 oven for
15 min or so and don't forget to use a hot-mit.
