Dave-
if memory serves, there's some mention of rear alignment in either the Bentley
manual or the competition preparation manual sold by TRF, and I believe it calls
for a slight amout of toe-out w/respect to the front wheels. Sounded a little
weird but...
I would start by putting equal amounts of shims on each end of the trailing arm,
then drive straight through some water on a level parking lot and check the tire
tracks. At least you'll be able to see if the rear end is steering off to one
side.
