For those of you interested the April issue of Thoroughbred and Classic Cars
from the UK has an extensive feature on the Spitfire/GT6 range. They profile all
years and marks as well as discuss purchase and restoration.

Additionally, the latest issue of Automobile Quarterly, (vol 35, no. 1) has
and article on amphibious cars in general and in particular, the Amphicar. As
usual for this publication, the article is extensive and and exhaustively 
researched.
