I am trying to find out what other types of cars have stock wheels
which can be mounted on the TR6.

However, I have been unable to find the bolt pattern and offset
specifications for the TR6 anywhere in the Bentley manual.

Does anybody know what these are offhand? Presumably, with this
information, I can find a stock car tires databook that will allow me
to find out which cars have the same bolt pattern and offset as the
TR6, so that I can search for a second set of wheels for my car. I
have heard it mentioned that the early Saab 900s used the same bolt
pattern and offset, as well as the Ford Maverick, but still don't know
what that pattern and offset is supposed to be.

As a related issue, has anybody actually mounted 16" or 17" rims on
their TR6 with lower profile tires? I am considering doing this in
order to use a modern performance tire. Unfortunately, all the modern
performance tires have profiles of about 60 or less, which would
require a 16" rim to keep about the same tire circumference.

Suggestions?
