I have used the 205/60 Hoosier Street TD as well as the 185/60 Street TD.

When I tried the 205/60, it was an inferior tyre -- the construction was the
weakest in the Street TD series (this info was was from the supplier). I
went
faster on the 185/60, but then the driver and car both had a season's more
experience...

No-one uses the 205 here... BTW, I used the 205 on a 7" rim and the 185 on
a 5.5" rim.
The 185/60 is almost identical in width and profile to most 175/60 tyres and
fits fine
on a 5" or 5.5" rim. The 205 really needs a rim > 6"

Interesting factoid: The historic racing rules here require Spridgets to run
5" rims
and no wider that 175, no lower profile than 60 series. The 185/60 Hoosier
Street TD
is exempted on the basis it measures up as a 175/60!!!!

What size 60 series are you using?... 205/60 13 or 185/60 in a street TD
Hoosier?

I need some 60 series for Redrum when running the glass nose for fender
clearance. Also, I'm thinkin' that having a set of 60's mounted up will be
the equivalent of changing from a 4.22 to a 4.55.

Speak to me, you geniuses...
