ace the rear brake pads on my 1960 bugeye. After replacing them with new bra=
ke pads from Moss I can not get the drums to sit flush on the hub and they a=
re really tight. I have lowered the adjuster to its lowest position, removed=
the e-brake tension and the brakes piston is at its lowest compression and t=
he pads rub so tight on the inside of the drum that they stop the wheel from=
turning.</span>
