Spridgeteers,
I wanted to give everyone a heads ups about this upcoming SMRS Gingerman we=
ekend:
May 4 Thursday I will arrive with my trailer and Sprite around Noon to stak=
e out Spridget Compound area based on the amount of Spridgets registered.=
=C2=A0 If you have not registered please do it soon and make sure you pay f=
or Sprite Midget Race.=C2=A0 We are fortunate to have our on exclusive race=
and it will only continue if we have a good number of cars signed up for t=
his race.=C2=A0 The early bird registration saves you $100.
May 5 Friday is on track time for Driver School and Tech Inspection for tho=
se racing Saturday and Sunday.=C2=A0 If you have the time please come to as=
sist the Driver School and Spridget Students.=C2=A0 It is always good to ha=
ve experienced Spridget mechanics available to correct problems students ru=
n into that may not be aware of how to fix and make it to the next session.=
=C2=A0 The end of the day is always fun when the Driver School Certificates=
are handed out with lots of cheering from the crowd with your favorite bev=
erage available.
May 6 Saturday - Group 2 is the last of the 5 groups at this event.=C2=A0 W=
e will have our typical Brat Lunch for Saturday and Sunday.=C2=A0 We will s=
et-up the Cape of Good Hope Pub during lunch to discuss any issues we may h=
ave and future plans for the season followed by toasting the King of Englan=
d and others.
May 7 Sunday has a morning Sprint race, Sprite Midget Race after lunch and =
feature race in afternoon.
I will provide a more detailed agenda soon
Come join in the fun on and off the track for the opening of the VSCDA seas=
on!
