Might be something you checked. I presume it has oil and the shipper didn=E2=
=80=99t make them drain the engine. How awful that would be.=20

he house and passer-by has gone. Neighbour has his Audi and I let him conne=
ct the jump leads (his wife has appeared to run the Audi). Lincoln Continen=
tal Mk3 starts up after a while but with a graunching sound (stuck starter o=
r air con or water pump or?) disconnect my leads and warm my cold hands on t=
hem. Engine stops suddenly (5L of petrol gone already?) and wouldn't start w=
ith neighbour re-connecting jump leads with the Audi engine still running (M=
mm) - bad starter??. Pushed car towards his house (downhill, across my ro=
ad with no lights other than my torch. =20
