[Spridgets] Slave Rod Length?

Hi. .  .

Are there two different slave cylinder rod lengths for two different slave
cylinders?   Such as the proper rod length for a set up with a 948 slave
cylinder into a smooth case compared to the rod length with the larger
slave cylinder that came with the latter 1275 rib case gear boxes?
