> Question: > Can I just mount and torque them as usual? > Or should I remove the powder coating from where the lug nuts sit? I obsessed over that for a few days and then just put them on. I figured I could sand it off, or rub it off with the nut...what's the difference. Two years later they still look great, but I haven't ever taken a wheel back off to check what's under the nut. This is on the CRX. The powder coated Sprite wheels haven't actually made it onto the car yet, but they're also holding up just fine. BZ |
