I was asked to submit something after the trip for printing in our club
magazine the MOWOG.
I wrote it up and of course it's about 5 (ok more like 10) times too long.
There's just so much to say about the 11 day trip, too much for one page.
The editor has offered to slash, rip, gut, and tear out most of it but says
she will try to retain the best bits - those that made her smile or she
thought were witty.
Suggestions?
I'm inclined to just let her do her editing thing then not read it when it
comes out so as to avoid any negativity on my part, then graciously and
politely say "thank you".
