Lin- on the outside of the pumpkin-passengers side stamped into the pumpkin
flange (not the rear end) there should be a set of numbers such as 9/38
(4.22). As long as no one has changed to ring and pinion, then this applies.
However, some of us are (or have been) able to locate ratios like 5.38:1 ,
4.88:1, 3.9:1 or even 3.7:1 and put them into the pumpkins. The best way to
verify is to mark the inside of a tire, turn the driveshaft and count the tire
rotations.

Steve I was not a good student of Franks but how do you read your pumpkin to
see what rear you have? Frank said mine was better than stock but didn't see
exactly where he read the numbers. Should have asked Frank when I was
prepping Holy Sprites rear : )
Jim don't worry I'll be scared of the $$$$ lost and slowly be back with my
tail between my legs ; )
