[Spridgets] 1962 MK II Sprites did not come with rubber

My 62 Pink Sprite came from the factory with carpets. The 61 MK II pink
sprite from Ohio and was traded for a motorcycle last year had the rubber
transmission mat because it was a 61. Does this make sense?
