I don't use Teflon tape for several reasons. 1) pieces can find their way into systems. 2) have to wrap it the right way, and many people don't 3) PITA when the effing roll takes off across the floor...... So, as I use a lot of thread sealant in one of my other lives, I use this stuff http://www.gasoila.com/products/pipethreadsealants.html The first product is the one I have need off most. Just a little dab'll do ya.
