Ha, I've got a poor mans version. Me and a friend built a lo-cost 7
replica - lic here in Ca as a 1957 kit car. It weighs 1400 # and we
powered it with a small block chev with a ford T-5 tranny and no we
haven't done any full power launches. Sure is a blast to drive though,
ugly and loud and rude.
