Tariffs have been used in the past to good success.  Reagan put a tariff on
big bore motorcycles which did a lot to save Harley Davidson.

But no one has the balls to go up against China at this point with even a
small tariff to begin with.   Something needs to be done though.  . even if
we could start off small and increase it over time.

My take anyway. . .

Thanks for your response . . I had no idea that food was coming from over
there as it is.
