| Whoever built it seems to have been long on mechanical skills and maybe a bit short on body work skills (or at least in design skills). By basically welding in trailer fenders he's lowered the over-all level the rest of the car could have achieved. A little more imagination and curves on the flares and airdam would have helped a lot.
