Derf,

Chad is correct...Ford did not take bailout money.  Smart move on their
part.  Look who owns the others now.

On one point I disagree with you.  "Slave labor wages".  Those working in
this, and other such plants, are making a good living compared to their
fellow countrymen.  Granted, no where near UAW rates, but they a
considerably better off now.

Profits go to stock holders, not to price reduction.
