13k for a TR6 is top dollar.
There is a judge in town here who I know spent 20k on a check book 
restoration of his TR6, I think he still has it and can't get 10k for it.
The rear frame outriggers tend to rust off. Look at them very carefully.
My brother bought one with this problem, he sold it damn quick.
But that's when they were $1500 for drivers.
