[Spridgets] Cement Placement

In the water jackets of the Volvo engine . . the radio dude said regular
cement but the more I read the interesting comments about other derivative
type products that are out there such as "hard block" I am thinking that
this gut, the second most listened to radio talk show host in America,
needed to elaborate a bit more on the content of the actual "cement."
