Linda, You may find it easier to temporarily hook up a fuel pressure gauge right before the first carb. You can then see if you are getting a full 3 to 4 lbs as the engine is cutting off. If not the problem is on the tank side. If OK check to see if there is fuel in the float, if that is OK likely electrical.
