[Spridgets] Wheel chock sale

Due to severe overcrowding (222 cats), the Oshkosh, WI Humane Society
announced a sale on cats. You can adopt a cat for $.022 between Sept. 1 and
Sept. 22. Yes, as in 22 cents. Seriously. It's a no kill shelter, and
they're doing their best not to have to start wacking the little buggers.
