You'll need to search for more specific recommendations for your vehicle
model and year. In the old days manual transmissions usually used 90W
gear lube. More recently I've noticed that a lot of manual
transmissions have used a form of ATF.
If the rear main seal is leaking, you can probably sample the drip and
figure out what it is.
