Frank,

Just a thank you for your admonition to check the length of the rod on the
slave cyl.

It appears that this was the culprit in terms of why I was losing my TB
bearings.

Only cutting it back by a small amount to spec seems to have done the trick
as I have put several miles on it since, and all seems to be well.
