[Spridgets] Hood Hinge

I am at the end of my rope in terms of getting my hinge. . . passengers side
behind the radio. .  back in place.

I have tried small bolts to line it up, pics that fit in the hole to try and
get it lined up. .  the whole deal.

Anyone have a creative idea on this?
