Chris,
The bolt shown is not the standard part. Is that a hex socket head? I can't
tell from the pic, but if it is, then it has pulled into the bushing. I would
buy the correct upper fulcrum bolts and lock nuts for reassembly and you may be
able to reuse the poly bushings.

top control arms nice and quickly, put in the new ones, covered them in
grease, put everything back together and...

... there's a load of play in there! I wish I'd paid more attention to the
things when I took them off, but it looks to me like the bolt that goes
through the whole thing is simply too long. Is this possible? Or, erm, have I
done something boneheaded again?
