In addition to the film I recommend reading the two books. It contains a
great solution to breaking axles. Bert also hand made 200mph conrods in
his home workshop. Burt Munroe went to Bonneville many times and was
present for some of AH/MG speed attempts. He went to England and spent
time with Capt'n George Easton (?) who was one of the drivers.
Who picked up the significance of Bert's passing thro Mountain Home.
