The switches on a left hand drive, right of the tach, ignoring the
heater oil gauge are in this order.
Top row left to right is: Choke, Turn signal, Starter
Bottom row is: Wiper, ignition/headlight, heater, washer pump.

The washer pump is the only one in the drivers handbook that is in the
wrong position.  On left hand cars it is on the left, not right.  My
dash had holes in both positions, dang.
