I don't know about NY, but here in ON Canada, you report your mileage when
you register the car and every time you renew your plates.

I'm curious about how they know you drive too much, and how much
IS too much? Did you have another claim before this one where
they could determine your mileage as a function of time?
If you were using it as a daily driver, or to and from work, I
know that's considered a no-no.
