The only adjustment that should be affected is the number of flats
that you turn the jet holder and that can be checked with the pin
after you have installed the air filters. Unfortunately, you are
barking up the wrong tree; if your air filters are bad enough to
affect this that much, you should have cleaned or replaced them long
since.
