[Spridgets] Replacement of Bushings on the 1/4 Elliptic leaf spring

All,

I need to know the best way to insert (Press in) new bushings into the 1/4 
Elliptic leaf springs

Is there an easy way or should I just find a machine shop to get them to press 
them in.
