[Spridgets] Dilbert Re: Midget 50th voting HAD serious bug (note

I really like Dilbert (even though I've never gotten round to buying the  
books).  There are however 2 serious problems with it:
 
    1.  Half the people are too slow to see the  joke.
 
    2.  It is sometimes so painfully true it's sad  (I am a govt employee).
